The pattern is

square of number,cube of number,square,cube ...

so:

 {1}^{2}  ,  {1}^{3}  ,  {2}^{2}  ,  {2}^{3}  ,  {3}^{2}  ,  {3}^{3}  ,  {4}^{2}  ,  {4}^{3} ....

So the number is 4×4×4=64
