 \frac{1}{1 +  \csc( \alpha ) }  +  \frac{1}{1 -  \csc( \alpha ) }

 =  \frac{1 +  \csc( \alpha  ) +1  -  \csc( \alpha )    }{1 ^{2} -  \csc( \alpha )  ^{2} }

 =  \frac{2}{sec ^{2} \alpha  }

 = 2 \csc ^{2} ( \alpha )
