to find :

the product of 1/(10x+y) and 1/(10x-y)

using the identity :

(a+b)(a-b) = a²-b²

solution :

\bold{(\frac{1}{10x+y} )(\frac{1}{10x-y} )}\\\\=\bold{\frac{1}{(10x+y)(10x-y)}}\\\\= \bold{\frac{1}{(10x)^2- y^2} }\\\\= \bold{\frac{1}{100x^2-y^2} }

hence, the product of 1/(10x+y) and 1/(10x-y)

= \bold{\frac{1}{100x^2-y^2} }
