Answer:

12 farmers harvest crop in 20 hours.

that means,

12×20 farmers harvest crop in 1 hour.

that means,

15

12×20

farmers harvest crop in 15 hours.

total farmers = 15

12×20

=16 farmers.

2. 2 men earn =192

1man earns =192/2 =96

3woman earn =192

1woman earns =192/2 =64

5men and 7 women will earn =(5×96)+ 7×64) = 480 +448 =RS.1328

3.If a set of 56 books weighs 8000 grams, you can get average weight of a book, which is 800056=142.86 grams. Now you can compute weights of 152 books =152⋅142.86=21715 grams or approximately 21.7 kg. If you want to buy 5 kg book, you need to get 5000142.85=35 books. In other words, 35 books weigh 5 kg (or 5000 grams).

4.john types 450 words in 30 min.

in 1 min he types 450/30=15 words

in 7 minutes he types 15×7 =105 words

5.Amount paid for 1 day = 750/6 = Rs. 125. Therefore for 23 days, amount he will get, 125*23=2875.
