Your answer:

One mole of sodium atom weighs 23 g

1.15 g of sodium atoms have: 1.15/23 = 0.05 moles

2Na + 2H₂O = 2NaOH + H₂

0.05 moles of Na will react with 0.05 moles of water to give 0.05 moles of NaOH and 0.05/2 =  0.025 moles of Hydrogen

Volume of Hydrogen formed = 0.025 x 22.4 = 0.56 L of hydrogen gas is produced
