Because of above series is combination of two series. One is 1,3,5,7 and another one is 2,5,28. And we have to find next number to 7, so the next number will come from 2nd series i.e. 2,5,28.

And I solved that series as,

2×2+(1)^3 = 5

5×4+(2)^3 = 28

28×6+(3)^3 = 195

Here, I multiplied each number of series with even numbers (in increasing order) then I add cube of natural number.
