Yes,both are same as:

-1/2+(-4/3+3/7)

=-1/2+[(-28+9)/21]

=-1/2-19/21

=(-21_38)/42

=-59/42

(-1/2+3/7)+(- 4/3)

=[(-7+6)/14]-4/3

=-1/14-4/3

=(-3-56)/42

=-59/42

"Yes", the both the given equation value is same.

Step-by-step explanation:

\ Given \ value:\\\\\frac{-1}{2}+ [(\frac{-4}{3}) + \frac{3}{7}] \\\\

[(\frac{-1}{2})+\frac{3}{7}]+(\frac{-4}{3}) \\\\

\ Find: \\\\both \ are \ same \\\\\ Solution:\\\\

Equation: 1

\frac{-1}{2}+ [(\frac{-4}{3}) + \frac{3}{7})] \\\\\rightarrow \frac{-1}{2}+ [(\frac{-28+9}{21})] \\\\\rightarrow \frac{-1}{2}+ [(\frac{-19}{21})] \\\\\rightarrow \frac{-1}{2}+ (\frac{-19}{21}) \\\\\rightarrow \ (\frac{-21+-38}{42}) \\\\\rightarrow \ (\frac{-59}{42}) \\\\

Equation: 2

[(\frac{-1}{2})+\frac{3}{7}]+(\frac{-4}{3}) \\\\\rightarrow [\frac{-7+6}{14}]+(\frac{-4}{3}) \\\\\rightarrow [\frac{-1}{14}]+(\frac{-4}{3}) \\\\\rightarrow \frac{-1}{14}+\frac{-4}{3} \\\\\rightarrow \frac{-3+-56}{42}\\\\\rightarrow \frac{-59}{42}\\
