hi mate !!!

before starting the answer ,let us know how to know for which numbers a factors are

it is found by LCM

LCM meaning least common multiple

multiple means answers of a number ex- 5*2=10
so 10 is the multiple of of 5 same as 10 is the multiple of 2 also

now what are factors ???

factors are questions ex- 5*2=10 so 5 and 2 are the factors of 10

now coming to the question they asked us common factor 128

for this we can do one process

check whether which number is divisible by all factors I.e- 1,2,4,8

first let. us take 20 . is 20 divisible by 1 . yes . then by 2 . 20/2=10 so yes , is 20 divisible by 4
20/4=5 yes !!!

is 20 divisible by 8 . 20/8 . we get it in fractions so no !!

20 is. not the answer

coming to 6 . 6 is divisible by 1,2 . but not divisible by 4 and 8

so 6 is also not the answer

128 is divisible by 1,2,4,8

proof

128/1=128

128/2=64

128/4=32

128/8=16

so hurray !!! we found the answer it is 128

so want to warm up with these !!!

then do the problems below and say me the answers in the comments ( if interested only !!)

5,10 are factors of which number ? 23 ,45,30

7, 14 are factors of which number ?16,21,45,28

3,6,9 are factors of which number ?6,18,21,91

hope this answers helps
