aRea of path=2.5m LENGth1=40m

Breadth1=16m

Area1=40m*16m= 640m^2

Length2=40m+2.5m= 42.5m

bReadth2= 16m+2.5m= 18.5m

aREa2=42.5*18.5= 786.25m^2

AREA of path= area2-area1= 786.25-640= 140.25m^2
