You will find the answer in image.And
1/2 m - 1/2 + 5 = 2/3 m + 1/3 ( I opened the bracket)
1/2m - 2/3m = 1/3 + 1/2 - 5
(1/2 - 2/3) m = 2+3/6 - 5
(3-4/6)m = 5/6 - 5/1
-1/6m = 5-30/6
-1/6 m = -25/6
m = -25/6 * 6/-1
m = -25/-1
m = 25

Hey mate,

Your Answer is as follows :

\frac{1}{ {2} } ( m - 1 ) + 5 = \frac{1}{ {3} } ( 2m + 1 )

\frac{1}{ {2} } m - \frac{1}{ {2} } + 5 = \frac{2}{ {3} } m + \frac{1}{ {3} }

\frac{1}{ {2} } m + \frac{9}{ {2} } = \frac{2}{ {3} } m + \frac{1}{ {3} }

3m + 27 = 4m + 2

3m - 4m = 2 - 27

-m = -25

m = 25

Verification :-

1/2 (25-1) + 5 = 1 / 3 (2 × 25 + 1)

1/2 × 24 + 5 = 1/3 (50+1)

17 = 17

R.H.S = L.H.S

Hence verified.

Thankyou :)

Hope it helps...
