Total work will remain same in both the situations. Let's say the number of days taken by 45 men is 'x'.

Therefore,

25*8*63 = 45*7*x

25*8*63/45*7 = x

x = 5*8

= 40

Hence 45 men working 7 hours a day will take 40 days to complete the work.
