Alpha taxonomy depends mainly on morphological characters whereas Omega taxonomy is based upon all available characters.
Classification in Karyotaxonomy is based upon the number and structures of chromosomes.On the other hand in cytotaxonomy classification is based upon somatic chromosomes.
