Simplification :

= \dfrac {1}{3} × -3 + \dfrac {2}{3} = 4 × \dfrac {-3}{6}

= -1 + \dfrac {2}{3} =   -2

=  \dfrac {-3+2}{3} =   -2

=  \dfrac {-1}{3} =   -2

Here, the given values are not equal to each other.
