--To convert into like fraction we need to find the L.C.M of the denominators

--L.C.M (3,4)=12

--Denominator:3x4=12

--Numerator: So, 1x4=4

--Therefore the first fractions becomes 4\12

--Similarly 4x3=12

--Therefore:1x3=3

--So the second fraction becomes 3\12

The two fractions are 4\12 and 3\12
