If this is a personal opinion based question then I can answer--->

1) the simple one is just regularly taking dictation tests and most importantly praising the best scorers for it. Trust me it works , the praise acts as a dopamine reward.

2)Ask the children to bring some new words by themselves and begin something called as word of the day where you write the best word on the board everyday.

3) Recommend children small story books or rather to say comics(for most, brilliant ones must be recommended biographies), they teach way better spelling than any other entertainment+education method.

4) best one- regular conversation in English in everyday classes

Ps - if it was not for personal opinion, remove the comparison between normal and brilliant students.
