HInt 1: open all the brackets and then solve for x. Its a simple problem.
Hint 2: Multipy whole equation with LCM of 3 and 5 (which is 15)
Solution: x=15
after multiplying whole equation with 15
5(x+9) - 3(x+5) = 60
x(5-3) + 45 - 15 = 60
2x = 60 - 45 +15
x= 30 / 2
x= 15
