( {1 + 3x)}^{2}  =  {(1)}^{2}  +  {(3x)}^{2}  + 2(1)(3x)

 {(1 + 3x)}^{2}  = 1 + 9 {x}^{2}  + 6x

9 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 1

The given is a polynomial which is an example of a quadratic polynomial which is in the form:-

here a=9;b=6 & c=1
