ans is 6 and 13
coz
there is two series
1st → 1 + 3 = 4 , 4 + 3 = 7 , 7 + 3= 10 , 10 + 3 = 13
2nd→ 6 + 1 = 7 , 7 + 1 = 8 , 8 + 1 = 9
