Given,

In medium L, the angle of refraction is 45 degrees.

In medium M, the angle of refraction is 35 degrees.

In medium N, the angle of refraction is 15 degrees.

The angle of refraction is the angle between the refracted ray and the normal.

While moving from rarer to denser medium, the velocity of light decreases and the ray bends towards the normal, resulting in an angle of refraction lesser than the angle of incidence.

While moving from denser to rarer, the velocity of light increases and the ray bends away from the normal, resulting in an angle of refraction greater than the angle of incidence.

Hence, in medium N, the velocity of light will be minimum as the angle of refraction is the smallest, indicating that it bends the most towards the normal, this indicates that it is the densest medium among L, M and N.
