For the same angle of incidence in media L, Mand N, the angles of refraction are
45°.35° and 15° respectively. In which medium will the velocity of light be
minimum ? Give reason for answer​

In medium N, the angle of refraction is 15 degrees.

The angle of refraction is the angle between the refracted ray and the normal.

While moving from denser to rarer, the velocity of light increases and the ray bends away from the normal, resulting in an angle of refraction greater than the angle of incidence.

Hence, in medium N, the velocity of light will be minimum as the angle of refraction is the smallest, indicating that it bends the most towards the normal, this indicates that it is the densest medium among L, M and N.
