We have to find the cost of

Solution:-

The cost of 4kg sugar is 16.80

The cost 1kg sugar is=

$\frac{16.80}{4}$

= 4.2

$then \: the \: cost \: 9\frac{1}{2} \: sugar = 9 \times 4.2 = 37.8$

$\frac{4.2}{2} = 2.1 = 37.8 + 2.1 = 39.9$

$= > the \: cost \: of \: 9\frac{1}{2} kg \: is = 39.9$
