1 kg sugar is 4.2 rupees

9.5 kg sugar is

9.5×4.2=39.5

We have to find the cost of

 = 9 \frac{1}{2}

Solution:-

The cost of 4kg sugar is 16.80

The cost 1kg sugar is=

 \frac{16.80}{4}

= 4.2

then \: the \: cost \:  9\frac{1}{2} \: sugar = 9 \times 4.2 = 37.8

\frac{4.2}{2}  = 2.1 = 37.8 + 2.1 = 39.9

 =  > the \: cost \: of \:  9\frac{1}{2} kg \: is = 39.9

formula using:-

1 dozen soap cakes = 12 soap cakes

solution:-

The cost of 4 soap cakes is = 13.60

The cost of 1 soap is =

=3.4

The cost 2 dozen soap cakes is = 24×3.4

=81.6
