1. 4 persons live in a conical tent whose slant height
is 19 cm. If each person requires 22 cm² of floor
find the height of
the Cone.

cone whose radius is 8cm
and height 12cm

3. If the circumference of the base of the solid right
circular Cone is 236 cm
2 and its slant height is 12cm, find its CSA

the dimensions of the Solid right

circular cone are,

Slant height ( I) = 12 cm

Circumference of

the base(C) = 236cm

C 21Tr =236 cm

Tr 236/2 = 118 cm--(1)

Therefore,

Curved surface area of

the cone (A) = mrl

= 118 x 12

1416 cm

Required curved surface area

of the cone =A = 1416 cm
