(2) then take any two rational number

so,

(1) 1/4

= 1/4 × 3/3

= 3/13

(2) 1/3

= 1/3 ×4/4

= 4/12

so,

rational number will be

(1) (3/12 + 4/12)/2

= (4+3)/24

= 7/24

(2)

(3/12 + 7/24)/2

= (3×2+7)/48

= (6+7)/48

= 13/48
