Given,

\frac{1}{5},\frac{1}{10},\frac{1}{6},\frac{1}{2}

We have to find the largest fraction of given fractions

In order to find the largest fraction of given fractions \frac{1}{5},\frac{1}{10},\frac{1}{6},\frac{1}{2}

First we will find the LCM of all the denominators of fractions

LCM of 5,10,6,2 =5\times 3\times2

=30

Take fraction \frac{1}{5}, multiply and divide this fraction with 6, we get

\frac{1\times6}{5\times6}

= \frac{6}{30}

Take fraction \frac{1}{10}, multiply and divide this fraction with 3, we get

=\frac{1\times3}{10\times 3}

= \frac{3}{30}

Take fraction \frac{1}{6}, multiply and divide this fraction with 5, we get

=\frac{1\times5}{6\times5}

=\frac{5}{30}

Take fraction \frac{1}{2}, multiply and divide this fraction with 15, we get

=\frac{1\times15}{2\times15}

= \frac{15}{30}

From the above all new fractions \frac{15}{30} is highest

Therefore, \frac{1}{2} is largest fraction.
