In this pattern, ther result comes by mutiplying the numbers and then adding the last number in it.
As, 1 + 5 = 10, here 1×5 =5 and if we add the last number (5) in it we get 5 + 5 = 10.
Samely, 3 + 7 = 3×7 + 7 = 21 + 7 = 28.
So, 51 + 45 = 51×45 + 45 = 2340.....●
And, 72 + 81 = 72×81 + 81 = 5913....●
