1,5,8=76 and 2,7,3=25 and 3,4,9=89 and 4,5,7=69 THEN 5,3,8=?

i guess it goes like this the third digit of the numbers in a group should be multiplied by 10 and then the rest two digits should get subtracted and then with the results you have to perform subtraction.

pattern:

a) 5-1=4; 8*10=80; 80-4 = 76

and so on

so the last will be

5-3=2; 8*10=80; 80-2=78
