- The peoples who buys a product from an organization . This peoples are known as customers.

There are 6 elements of micro- environment. The elements of the micro environment are:
- Customers and Consumers
- Competitor
- Organization
- Market
- Suppliers
- Intermediaries
Now, I'll give you the definitions of each Elements to know more.
Customer and Consumer-
I have already gave the Explaination of customer but again I have given below.
- Customer - The one who buys a product from a organization.
- Consumer - A person who buys a good or service for his own personal use and not for further manufacture is called a consumer.
Competitor -
Every business companies have competition with other business companies.
- There are two competitor - Direct and Indirect Competitor.
- Direct competitor - Two companies having same theme for competition .
- Indirect competitor - Two companies having different theme for competition.
Organization-
- One of the most important aspects of the micro environment of an organization is the self-analysis of the organization itself. It must understand its own strengths and weaknesses, objectives and goals of the business, and resource availability.
Market-
- The market is much more than the sum of all the customers.
Suppliers-
- Suppliers are another important component of the micro environment. Organizations depend on many suppliers for equipment, raw material, etc. to maintain their production.
Intermediaries-
- Intermediaries are also a major determining force in business. Most customers are unaware of the manufacturer of the products they buy since they approach retailers, departmental store, chain stores or online stores for their purchases.
