Apply BODMAS rule in this question :--

B = Bracket, O = of, D = divide, M = multiply, A = add, S = subtract

1/5 of {3/2 ÷  9/4} - 1/5 × 3 × 12 + 1

Bracket

1/5 of {3/2 × 4/9} - 1/5 × 3 × 12 + 1

1/5 of 2/3 - 1/5 × 3× 12 + 1

of means multiply

1/5 ×  2/3 - 1/5 × 3× 12 + 1

2/15 - 1/5 × 3× 12 + 1

multiply

2/15 - 36/5 + 1

solve it

= -81/15
