Answer:

50 {x}^{2}  - 2(x - 2) {}^{2}  \\  \\  = 51 {x}^{2}  - 2(x {}^{2}  - 4x  +  4) \\  = 50 {x}^{2}  - 2 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 4 \\  = 48 {x}^{2}  + 4x - 4 \\  \\  =  = 4(12x {}^{2}  + x - 1)

Step-by-step explanation:

50x² - 2(x-2)²

50x² - 2(x²+2²+2×x×2). { a-b }²

50x² - 2x² - 8 - 8x

48x² - 8x - 8

By middle term spilliting:-

48x² - 16x + 24x - 8

16x ( 3x - 1) + 8(3x - 1)

(16x + 8 ) (3x - 1 )

3x - 1 = 0

3x= 1

x = 1/3

16x + 8 = 0

16x = -8

x= -1/2

So x has two values -1/2 and 1/3
