SOLUTION

 =  >  \frac{1}{5} x {}^{2}  + 2x - 15 \\ by \: splitting \: the \: middle \: term \: we \: get \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{5}x {}^{2}   + 3x - x - 15  \\ \\  =  >  \frac{1}{5} x(x + 15) - 1(x + 15) \\  \\  =  > (x + 15) \:  \: ( \frac{1}{5}x - 1)
