HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ⤵

 \frac{1}{7 + 5 \sqrt{2} }   \times  \frac{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }
Just multiply the denominator after changing its sign i.e as it is +ve then use -ve sign......

 \frac{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }{ {7}^{2} -  ({5 \sqrt{2}) }^{2}   }

[As ( a+b) (a-b) = a²-b²]

Now ........
 \frac{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }{49 - (25 \times 2)}
 \frac{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }{49 - 50}
 \frac{7 - 5 \sqrt{2} }{ - 1}
- (7- 5√2)
-7 +5√2

HOPE THIS HELPS U......❤❤❤
