All questions are answered pls check

2. A:B=6:7,B:c=8:9

then A/B x B/C = A/C

=6/7 X 8/9=16/21

therefore A/C=16/21

the answer is 16:21

5. Let the 2 numbers be 3x and 7x and HCF be x.

Using formula, a×b = LCM × HCF

3x × 7x = 210 × x

21x² = 210x

x = 210/21

x = 10

a = 3x = 3×10 = 30

b = 7x = 4×10 = 40

HCF = x = 10

Hope this helps :)

Answer:

120

Step-by-step explanation:

1-75:x::5:8

by the property of mean- product of extreams = product of means

here exteams are 75 and 8

here means are x and 5

75×8=600

x×5=some thing

here exteams=means

so,

75×8=x×5

600=x×5

x=600÷5

=120
