Answer:

first we nake them like fraction

 \frac{1}{8}  +  \frac{3}{4}  +  \frac{3}{2}  +  \frac{1}{1}

LCM of 8, 4, 2 and 1 : 8

 \frac{1 \times 1}{8 \times 1}  =  \frac{1}{8}

 \frac{3 \times 2}{4 \times 2}  =  \frac{6}{8}

  \frac{3 \times 4}{2 \times 4}  =  \frac{12}{8}

 \frac{1 \times 8}{1 \times 8}  =  \frac{8}{8}

now we have all like fractions we can add them

 \frac{1}{8}  +  \frac{6}{8}  +  \frac{12}{8}  +  \frac{8}{8}  =  \frac{1 + 6 + 12 + 8}{8}  =  \frac{27}{8}

now lets reduce them

 \frac{27}{8}  = 3 \frac{3}{8}
