Mass of the object (m)=2 kg

The radius of the circular path(r)=10 m

Speed of object(v)=5m/s

Rate of change of speed=3m/s

To find,

Force acting on the particle (F)

Solution,

Using the formula,

Force acting on an object moving on a circular path (F) = \frac{mv^{2} }{r}

Substituting the values given, we get

⇒F=\frac{(2)(5^{2} )}{10}

⇒F=5N

Hence, the force acting on the object is 5N. Hence, the correct answer is option a
