1/9 of shirt sold at peter 's shop are striped .5/8 of the remainder and printed .the rest of the shirts are plain coloured shirt .if peter 's shop has 81 plain coloured shirts ,how many printed shirts more than plain coloured shirts

Let X = number of shirts
Then X× 8/9×3/8=81 given
X×1/3 = 81
X=243 total no of shirts
Now printed - coloured = 162- 81 = 81
