 = ( \frac{1}{9} x {}^{3}   + 3) {}^{2}  \\  =  (\frac{1}{9}  {x}^{3}) {}^{2}   +( 3) {}^{2}  + 2( \frac{1}{9 } x {}^{3} )(3) \\  =  \frac{x {}^{6} }{81}  + 9 +  \frac{2x {}^{3} }{3}
