Mass =40N

Case 1: Area of the brick's base surface= 25×10 cm^2

=250 cm^2

Pressure

 =  \frac{40}{250} \:  pa = 0.16 \: pa

Case 2: Area of the brick's base surface= 25×5 cm^2

=125 cm^2

Pressure

 =  \frac{40}{125}  \: pa = 0.32 \: pa

Case 3: Area of the brick's base surface = 10×5 cm^2

=50 cm^2.

Pressure

 =  \frac{40}{50}  \: pa = 0.8. \: pa

[pa:- Pa or pascal]
