Given :-

A car starts from rest. If the acceleration of the car is 2.5 m/s²

To Find :-

What will be its velocity at the end of 10 seconds and what distance will it cover during that time?

Solution :-

As it starts from rest then initial velocity will be 0 m/s

v = u + at

Where

v = final velocity

u = initial velocity

a = acceleration

t = time

v = 0 + 2.5(10)

v = 0 + 25

v = 25 m/s

Now, Distance travelled

v² - u² = 2as

(25)² - (0)² = 2(2.5)(s)

625 - 0 = 5s

625 = 5s

625/5 = s

125 = s

Hence

Final velocity is 25 m/s & Distance travelled is 125 m
