Given :  collection of even prime numbers

To Find : Choose correct option

a) a void set b) an infinite set c) not a set d) a singleton set

Solution:

Prime numbers are those numbers which are divisible by 1 & number it self

All even numbers are divisible by 2 , 1 and number it self

Hence even number will have a factor  2 other than 1 & number itself  except

Even number 2

Hence 2 is the only even prime number

collection of even prime numbers is = { 2 }

Hence its a singleton set.
