situation. So she decides to ask David what he notices when the server returns. When the
server returns to take lunch orders, she again only interacts with David. She asks him, "What
does she want for lunch?" David's response was, "Why don't you ask Kausar? She is a
paying customer who is perfectly capable of ordering her own food."
