The pollen tube enters the egg apparatus that contains one egg cell and two synergid

Release of two male gametes from the pollen tube takes place.

One male gametes fuses with the egg cell

The other male gametes fuses with the two polar nuclei present in the center of embryo sac.

The seeds from one flower are transfered by pollination to another flower then fertilization occurs
