Evaporation is done in liquid type of substances especially water and in this process water changes it form into water vapour and in boiling the entire bulk gets triggered and boiling is done at a certain temperature.

1. (a) Boiling is the concept of water turning into vapor when applied to heat whereas evaporation also results in the same vapor without any external application of heat.

(b) Camphor molecules have very weak bonds in them and even when kept in room temperature they break off and it turns to vapor and they evaporate.

2. In summer months when we do our daily work we sweat often. When we sit below the fan the sweat dries off and then we feel cool from the evaporation of the sweat from our bodies.

3. The gas gets depressed as a result of increasing pressure and reducing temperature and this eventually lets the gas turn to liquid.

4. Sol is the liquid condition of a solution of colloids. The gel is defined as the stage of the semi-solid solution. An example of sol is a soap solution whereas the example of gel is jelly.

5. Colloids and suspension are both systems of dispersion consisting of solids as well as liquids, but the first contains particles less than 100 nm whereas the latter consists of particles above 100 nm.
