1. A dishonest dealer professes to sell his goods at cost price, but he uses a weight of 960 grams for 1 kg. Find his gain percent. (ANSWER IN DETAIL PLEASE)

let c.p of 1kg = rs.1000

but actual quantity sold =960gms

S.P of 960gms = rs.1000

Profit = rs.(1000 - 960) = rs.40

% of profit = 40/960 ×100 = 400/96 = 25/6 = 4.167%
