1) Distance travelled = 10 + 20

                                  =30 m

Displacement =  10j + 20(-i)

                       =10j -20i

resultant=$\sqrt{10^{2} + 20^{2} }$

             =$\sqrt{500}$

              = $\sqrt{5}$ × 10

2)The speed will be calculated as= distance/time

                                                        =30/10

                                                        =3 m/s
