Blaze Engulfs in Metro Railway Compartment

Mumbai 6th December 2020 :- A major fire broke out in a Metro Railway Compartment in Andheri (East) on Sunday morning causing major panic to the passengers.The fire started around 11:30 am in the 4th compartment of the railway.No injuries have been reported but the fire quickly escalated from one compartment to the other leading to nearly 2-3 more compartments into blaze.The fire was extinguished in a hour by the people by using fire-extinguishers.They had faced many problems but due to their courage they extinguished the fire successfully.The fire damaged the electric wiring and had also damaged the compartment but not totally.According to the reports, the fire was caused by shot circuit and the investigators are probing the matter.
