Question:-

A force of 50 N is applied on an area of 0.2 m². What is the pressure exerted?

Solution:-

force (f) = 50 N

area (a) = 0.2 m²

Therefore,

Pressure=

 =  >  \frac{f}{a}  \\  =  >  \frac{50}{0.2}  \\  =  >  \frac{50}{ \frac{2}{10} }  \\  =  > 50 \times  \frac{10}{2}  \\  =  > 50 \times 5 \\  =  > 250

Hence, 250 Pa is your answer.

   \bold{\huge\boxed{Pa =  \frac{F}{A} }} \\  \\

Here Pa is pressure F is Force and A is area

★Given :

Force = 50 N = F

Area = 0.2m² = A

Solution :

Pa =  \frac{50}{0.2}  \\  \\  =   \frac{50}{ \frac{2}{10} }   \\  \\  =  \frac{50 \times 10}{2}  \\  \\  =  \frac{500}{2}  \\  \\  \huge  \boxed {\boxed {Pa = 250}}
