First case Mass , M( Truck + load) =10 ton=10*1000=10000 kgs

2nd case Mass, M1 =8 ton=8000 kgs

V1=20000/3600=5.56 m/s

MV=M1V1

10000*5.56=8000*V1

V1=6.95 m/s

Velocity= 6.95*3600/1000 =25.02 Km/hr
