1. A mass of truck is 4 times the mass of a car. If both are running at the same speed, calculate the ratio of kinetic energy of the truck with respect to that car. ​

so taking ratio of truck and car respectively

½mv² : ½mv²

taking mass of truck as 4m and mass of car as m,

½×4m×v² : ½×m×v²

2mv² : (m/2)v²

4mv² : mv²

4 : 1

(speed is same so the only variable is mass and if that is multiplied by four in the case of truck , the kinetic energy of the truck will also be multiplied by four
