Then, the number will be = 45+x

The difference between 75 and number = x

Then, the number will be = 75-x

We are told that both of these numbers are same then :

45+x = 75-x

x+x = 75-45

2x = 30

x = 30/2

x = 15

The difference between the number and 45 = 15

Then, the number = 45+15

The number = 60
