1. A object goes from point X to Y and then come back from Y to X. What is the displacement and average velocity?

The displacement is zero, because your final position is the same as where you started (your initial position), so you aren’t displaced.

The average velocity is just displacement divided by time, which is zero (since displacement is zero).

the displacement will be 0 as the object returned back to the point from where it started.
Sorry, I don't know the second part.
